Increasing your life expectancy may be as simple as standing up, according to a brand
new study published in the online journal BMJ Open. American
researchers found that restricting the amount of time you spend seated
to less than three hours each day can boost your life span by an extra
two years, and if you limit the time you spend watching television to
less than two hours a day, you can stick around an additional 1.4 years
before the Grim Reaper comes knocking at your door.
